BILL had a good night at the Club this week. He scored 2 prizes in the raffles. One dinner for 2 at BOB’S BISTRO and one MEAT TRAY. Both a bit of a problem due to Bill and the Bass Player not being meat eaters – but it was a real pleasure coming in winners anyways. The meat tray we passed on to our DOS here on the Hill. DOS takes care of us and has provided holiday accommodation for the Mad O’Brians down from Armidale for the week. The Dinner for two voucher is still in Bill’s hands and he will make a decision about who he passes it on to during the week. Bummer about not being able to get the vegetarian option from Bob but someone will be tickled with a fine dinner down at the Club. |
When it comes to last night’s music, one treat was the lady on the top left – CAROLINE- up from Sydney with her family and one raunchy and fine singing voice. Caroline sings in the band of Johnny Carr’s son down in the City. YESTERBEATS were up first with nostalgic 1960s Classics like HAVE I THE RIGHT ? and SHE MAKES LOVE JUST LIKE A WOMAN – Brought the ladies beside me almost to tears did that one. Up above on the right,you see Mark Quinn from the GLENGARRIES striding across to attend to some business while other musos are deep in consultations. Bill not being musically inclined is still fascinated by this species. |

It was a good looking crowd last night but the Bill faded early as per usual and missed the last hour or two as per usual. He is advocating some more Sunday Afternoon Music so as he can be home to feed his endangered long nose poteroo and into bed before midnight. |
