TUFF ON NEW YEAR’S EVE
One Band which WILL be on the Tweed for NEW YEAR’S EVE is TUFF. Fellow Musos from Tweed. That’s JOHN SUTTON on the left. John plays Bass with TUFF and at BILAMBIL SPORTS CLUB with the GLENGARRIES. This Sunday John is atILNAM ESTATE WINERY, Carool playing Classical Guitar. Izzy and Chick make this one of their regular outings but this week Izzy is with the HILLBILLY BLUES BANDITZ down at BYRON RAILS. so we won’t have a chance to eat at ILNAM.
Byron Bay for Izzy Foreal on Sunday. Tonight Thursday 27th Nov he’s at DALLAS PARK, DUNBIBLE, for a THANKSGIVING Gig. The rain hasn’t deterred Iz, Mac or Scrubby.
Second from left in the TUFF lineup is Robin Walsh – the drummer – a busy man on the GOLD COAST and at BILAMBIL SPORTS. Behind him – NIGEL STEELE-BOYCE – vocalist.
In April 2006, Nigel and John Carr teamed up with Rob Walsh on drums and ex-Rose Tattoo bass guitarist, Geordie Leach to formTUFF, covering iconic Australian rock & roll, which has now achieved hard sort acclaim and popularity.
With a live recorded album of Australian covers already released by the TUFF boys Nigel has also released his first solo album of swing and blues material, ‘You Don’t Know Me’, featuring highly talented pianist and producer, Mark Watson and brilliant virtuoso guitarist, Glenn Brace.
Both albums are available through Silver Scorpion Entertainment, as are bookings for both TUFF and Nigel.

JOHNNY CARR is a GLENGARRY MAN and completes the TUFF lineup. John also joins IZZY in the YESTERBEATS and hosts the LIVE MUSIC AT BILAMBIL SPORTS CLUB every second FRIDAY NIGHT.
